Use Opsy's weekly action workflow to select three bounded actions from actual observations and blockers. Each action needs a named owner, a specific object, supporting evidence and a clear completion condition. If the data is incomplete, a valid action may be to obtain or verify the missing evidence rather than to change the website immediately.
The documented “three things this week” menu gives the plan a fixed, manageable shape. It does not establish that three website edits are always needed. A verification task, a request for a confirmed specification and a content review can all be useful actions.
What should the plan start from?
Start with the latest applicable review or a known issue in the current project. State its date and scope. A vague request to “increase traffic” gives the agent no reliable way to select a page, change or completion test.
If the review was based on a local snapshot, preserve that limitation. If a product task stopped because one fact was unconfirmed, retain the exact field and its responsible owner. Actions should be traceable to something the team has actually observed or explicitly needs to establish.

What does a useful action look like?
This fictional example shows three actions for a team whose content and inquiry evidence are incomplete. It does not describe a real client's results.
Evidence or gap |
Action and owner |
Completion condition |
|---|---|---|
A product's assessment condition is unconfirmed |
Product owner reviews the relevant source note |
The applicable condition and source are recorded |
A page shows success after a form submission, but receipt is unverified |
Site operator tests a clearly labeled inquiry |
The intended receiving endpoint contains the matching record |
A supplied report contains clicks but no inquiry-quality feedback |
Sales owner supplies an agreed feedback sample |
Records cover the stated period and use the agreed quality categories |
Add real calendar dates when adopting an action for your business. An owner such as “the team” is insufficient if nobody knows who will provide the missing fact. A deadline should reflect that person's capacity and the inputs required.
How should you ask Opsy for the plan?
Use $opsy to review [named report or task] and propose this week's three actions. For each action, identify the source observation, exact page or product, responsible role, proposed deadline and evidence of completion. Where the evidence is missing, propose a bounded verification or collection task. Mark any store write as a separate action to review before execution.
Check whether the chosen actions can be completed independently. If the content change depends on a product owner's answer, the answer belongs first. Do not report the downstream edit as overdue while its required input remains unavailable without also showing that dependency.
How do you keep the list from becoming busywork?
Reject tasks whose completion cannot be inspected. “Improve the product page” is too broad. “Replace the unsupported compatibility sentence using the approved specification, then compare the saved text” gives an operator an object, input and check.
Also reject actions that pretend uncertainty has already been resolved. More contact-button clicks do not justify a claim of improved lead quality. Without receiving or sales evidence, the useful task is to check that missing part of the chain.

What happens at the next review?
For each action, report completed, still blocked or no longer applicable, with the actual evidence. Preserve the original reason so the next session can distinguish a completed task from a changed plan. If an action produced a Shopify draft, keep its ID and draft status. If it produced an analysis note, keep the file and observation window.
Then decide what to observe next. Finishing an edit is an execution result. Whether buyers understand the page better or send more suitable inquiries needs later evidence. A small plan becomes useful when its results inform the next decision, rather than resetting to another generic checklist each week.
For the current supporting workflow, see the Opsy project. If you need help connecting evidence, owners and website work, review GRC's services and Discuss your project with one current report and the decisions it has not yet helped you make.
